Happy Chinese New Year! $.$
发发发! I hope today will be damn fun 'cause the family is going to visit paternal and maternal relatives whoohoo. I think I dug a big hole in Mummy's pocket shopping for CNY clothes + shoes + bags. Love you Mummy! I bought a lot of clothes 'cause like I got them on different days and I try to match them but I go home and try and realise that the tops and bottoms don't match and then I need to go get some more clothes to match those clothes, aiya so troublesome. I'm not gonna blog about today 'cause I plan to do a super lengthy post on CNY from the eve to the third so.
CNY Celebrations: School was okay I guess, what can you expect with a Physics lesson and two thirds a Social Studies lesson before the celebration concert and class party? Plus the concert was reaaally lame. Then after that was class party. Each of us bought a little of this and that so we got quite a lot of food and everyone seemed to love my love letters, hehehe :) There was a CNY quiz but I didn't even know it actually started/ended till I saw Jia Li with a stick of candies (prize for answering the question)! Haha but the class definitely bonded 'cause basically Bonding = Arm Wrestling + Camwhoring. Anyway Hui Qi started piggybacking people outside the classroom and I was gonna take a picture of her piggybacking Chrisanda and then The Chinese Teacher emerged from the toilet and posed Twit Pose No. 2 for it!? So traumatizing la! Friday's photos were damn bad 'cause most were blur and all, probably 'cause I haven't really used the camera since the Thailand trip so my hands are ~wobbly~ now.
After celebrations: Monster, Lovely Person, Cat, Ice Cream, Person and Sun (refers to neoprint, HAHA) went out for lunch at Sakae @ Heeren. Lunch was damn good 'cause we got half price for Sakae Sushi. Ice Cream had $100 Sakae voucher so the rest only had to pay her half of what our food costed so she could have extra allowance! All in all for lunch: 1) we had crossfire conversations 'cause we had three conversations going on at the same time between diagonal pairs 2) we marked the end of Person's idol-in-the-past with kimchi and wasabi 3) we had two kinds of iced lemon tea- real and fake 4) we pressed the assistance button six times because there were six of us. Oh 5) Cat's hidden Mickey Mice on her self-designed shoes made me choke. After lunch, we walked around and some of us got earrings, red and white, and we're going to exchange during National Day 'cause we are a patriotic bunch :) Ice Cream doesn't have ear holes! GO POKE THEM QUICK! Took neoprints and they came out really small so that's baaaad. It's our first time anyway so we shall try again another time! Went to NYDC to chillll and we talked for some while and then went home as it started raining. Took the bus with Person :D I miss Person. Met the family and then went last minute shopping, reached home very late.
